As President of Boston-based health and wellness firm Cambium Wellness, Neil Treitman delivers cost-reducing wellness programs to employers and connects employees with the resources to improve their overall health. Cambium Wellness analyzes company health claims data to design programs specific to each client's needs, directly reducing costs and re-directing funds to employee education and health management programs. Neil Treitman founded Cambium Wellness in 2009 and successfully led the company to positive cash flow in only 24 months. Through the acquisition of a diabetes supply retail operation and development of natural pain management and botanical medicine programs, Mr. Treitman expanded Cambium's offerings and set the company apart from other wellness programs. In addition, Mr. Treitman integrated Cambium Wellness to include Boston-based studio North End Bodyworks, where he and his staff coach patients through medical nutrition therapy, functional movement, and neuromuscular therapies to overcome physical obstacles. In his leadership of Cambium Wellness, Mr. Treitman utilizes his considerable experience in clinical services and medical education in life sciences as well as corporate leadership skills. He served for three years as Clinic Director for Radius Healthcare of Sarasota, where he integrated a variety of treatment options within the practice and established postural, assessment-based formats for treatment plans. In this role, Mr. Treitman successfully integrated physical medicine into the practices of two allopathic doctors. In addition to his experience in integration-focused health care management, Neil Treitman has received extensive education in soft tissue management, diabetes education, and wellness coaching. He is has been certified in neuromuscular reeducation, postural assessment and kinesiology, and the St. John method of neuromuscular therapy. With a particular interest in health management topics such as stress management, blood pressure management, pain management, and glycemic control, Mr. Treitman’s focus remains on wellness education and empowering people to take control of their overall health.

Cambium Wellness

Cambium Wellness provides a diverse and knowledgeable team of experts to examine your medical claims by code and procedure in an effort to design programs to lower corporate healthcare costs. Using our proprietary methodology, we determine the potential healthcare savings a company may realize by implementing a Cambium Wellness healthcare program. Cambium Wellness' unique method of analysis is the first of many steps taken in working to create a plan customized to suit the needs of employers and, of greatest importance, enable the company to sustain healthcare cost containment. The proprietary tools that we provide form the basis for developing the Cambium Wellness Program. Our inquiry helps identify the opportunities for immediate cost reduction. This analysis allows the client to focus first on cost reduction, the savings from which can be reinvested in an expanded approach to better educate and to motivate employees. The result is a lower incidence of disease, a reduction in time lost to unnecessary medical visits and the lowering of claims for both acute and chronic medical conditions. What sets Cambium Wellness apart from other wellness companies are structured non-medical programs for pain management, weight loss and the prevention and management of diabetes. One on One telephonic and online interventions that focus on helping each employee make the changes to enable them to become more productive and lead happier and healthier lives.
