• Developed a strategic tool to organize energy consumption and cost data for over 700 utility accounts using Microsoft Excel and Access.• Co-managed the project to optimize energy portfolio management by using data for load management and distributed generation (DG) projects.• Benchmarked recent consumption to monitor progress in energy reduction against targeted objectives; providing quarterly status reports to facility and management staff. • Collaborated with 3 other government agencies and 5 external suppliers to draft a legal contract for Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI).
