Career Overview

A Business Analyst and Junior Project Manager/PMO Co-ordinator with 10 years experience in the IT, financial, temporary personnel and insurance industries. I have been heavily involved with the analysis and mapping of an organization’s core business processes, where business needs have been translated into achieved objectives with excellent results. The key value associated with process mapping is the elimination of duplicate and redundant activities, ensuring that the organization remains competitive and profitable in a fluctuating external environment. The Business Analyst serves as the vital link between the business and IT developers who typically have very little knowledge about how the business functions. Additionally, I have co-ordinated multiple projects and managed several project teams. I am also a licensed psychometric analyst.

Interest

I am interested in the following:

  • Sports - particularly tennis, table tennis, cricket, athletics and golf (I play tennis and table tennis)
  • Music - I went for piano lessons from the age of six until I was twenty. I also formed a part-time band with my cousin where I played keyboard and provided vocals too
  • Theatre - my passion is for musical theatre
  • Cinema - particularly action films
  • Reading
  • Hiking and long walks
