User Experience Consultant
User Experience Center - Bentley University

I worked at the User Experience Center while completing my Masters. The lab focused on user research and my role was specifically to moderate tests, synthesize results, provide recommendations and design solutions. I had the opportunity to conduct usability studies, focus groups, ethnography studies, heuristic evaluations for clients like Planned Parenthood, New York & Company, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Volkswagen and Discover Card.

Jun 2005 - Dec 2005
Rolls Royce

This was my internship project during my MBA at Nottingham University, UK. My role was to analyze the low adoption rates of a recently rolled out HR program. My research concluded lack of clarity in instructions as the root cause of the problem and my solution showcased a visual diagram accompanied by a communication and training plan. My contract was extended to roll out my recommendations into action and resulted in an increase in adoption rate by 67%.

Mar 2003 - Sep 2004
Account Manager

Artaaj is an event and marketing company and I had the opportunity to be exposed to the fast paced world of event management and had the pleasure of wearing many different hats to get the job done. This role was really an MBA in the form of a job.
