She played a strategic role in identifying key initiatives for moving NCI Building Systems to their desired organizational state. She developed a prioritized list of recommended process and system enhancements, which a detailed plan for reconciling the variances between the current and desired state. She collaboratively developed an implementation plan for the recommended initiatives based on benefits, complexities, and interdependencies.   • For FedEx Express AOD/MRO – introduced lean principles & methodology as a continuous improvement philosophy and institutionalized change within the culture of the Line Maintenance organization. The organizational development project included training and implementation via classroom training and rapid improvement Kaizen events resulting in reduced turnaround time of Line Maintenance activities, increased aircraft availability, and reduction of the number of reserve aircraft (“hot spares”) required.
  • For FedEx Express Business Systems – performed a fit/gap analysis of a PeopleSoft 8.0 implementation and developed an upgrade plan and pre-upgrade requirements for the transition to 9.0. She performed a strategic analysis on multiple commodities, identified business process, and resource requirements, resulting in an achievable project plan to ensure platform viability and growth to fit business needs.
  • For FedEx National LTL – led the accounts payable project team in system analysis and desired state analysis for the implementation/migration to corporate PeopleSoft systems. She developed future state business processes and developed testing requirements to support migration of data and systems implementation.

For Express Jet Airlines, one of the world’s largest operators of regional aircraft – performed a detailed business analysis and led a process improvement effort for MRO inventory valuation and monthly accounting close, resulting in reduced time to close with improved accuracy.

For United Water, Incorporated, a North American water utility company, she served as the functional lead for procurement lead, responsible for leading the project team through designing test scripts and performing acceptance testing for a combined maintenance pack and tools upgrade in PeopleSoft.

For the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a teaching hospital of the Harvard Medical School renowned for excellence in patient care, biomedical research, teaching, and community service, she was a lead for a procurement optimization project. For Neil Jones Food Company a producer and distributor of canned tomatoes, other fruits, and specialty sauces for industrial, commercial, and retail markets – as Inventory lead for a PeopleSoft implementation project she led the client team in the design and implementation of a solution to manage a broad distribution module of over 39 warehouses. Led the testing and training for the plant/distribution centers. Led the client team in the design and conversion of data for both the item master and quantity-on-hand, writing specifications and developing business processes.

For QuadraMed Corporation, an industry leader in developing information technology solutions enabling healthcare organizations to leverage quality care into positive financial outcomes – led a strategic master data management and optimization project. Performed a comprehensive review and cleanup of both the existing customer and vendor masters. Project included identification and removal of duplicates, development and application of standard naming conventions, identification and setup of corporate customer relationships, training, and development of policies and procedures for data entry, change control and maintenance.

For Environmental Systems Products Holdings, Inc., a global designer, manufacturer, and distributor of vehicle emissions test equipment – led the scoping, design and implementation of PeopleSoft Engineering. Definition of business practices and change control procedures. She guided the organization toward a definition of the optimal department to be the single point of Item Master data setup; alleviating the challenges caused by multiple departments having that authority in the past.  She defined structured processes for Item Master setup and maintenance across the organization and she directed the clean-up of duplicate, erroneous, and incomplete Item Master records in the PeopleSoft environment. She led the client team in the design and conversion of data for the item master and quantity-on-hand, writing specifications and developing conversion processes. For AgReliant Genetics LLC, a producer of agricultural products in the Midwest – led the scoping, and design of the PeopleSoft Quality module. Led the definition of practices, procedures, and business systems in support of ISO certification. Prepared conversion documentation, analyzed fit/gap, and performed troubleshooting on Bills & Routings, Inventory, Engineering, Production Management, & Purchasing modules.

For Harris Broadcast Communications, an international communications and information technology company serving government and commercial markets in more than 150 countries – led a project team for a PeopleSoft Quality implementation. Led the client in documenting the implementation and design decisions for business process redesign.

For Rainbow Technologies, a leader in information security - she completed two projects:

  • Project Manager on a repeat client engagement for the design and implementation of the PeopleSoft 7.5 Supply Chain Planning module.
  • Led the functional team through the scoping, design, and implementation of PeopleSoft Order Management, Production Planning, Production Management, and inventory for North America and four European countries across two phased roll-outs.
