Culver Academies

Worked with Hardware and Network teams to inventory campus printers. Created database of printers which is now used as the standard for tracking printers on the campus.

Assigned as network project manager for Dining Hall Renovation and Uniform Expansion projects. Responsible for documentation of existing network infrastructure, planning for future needs and coordination between departments and individuals.

Coordinated with Facilities and Network teams to provide up-to-date building maps for wireless access points and network equipment locations.

Marketing Manager

Responsible for design and production of all marketing materials including proposals, newsletters, logos, brochures, graphs, illustrations, training materials and other marketing collateral.

Developed and maintained marketing database and file system including transition system from development effort to project status.

Completed image makeover including new logo, brochures, website, and  business cards allowing for rapid in-house editing and printing.

Ensured the corporate website, blogs, social media and marketing materials remained current by leading regular content reviews with project managers and principals.Responsible for all award and magazine submissions including coordination with design and engineering team members.

Network Administrator

Responsible for all LAN operations, Active Directory and Exchange maintenance and backup and disaster recovery. Maintained SBS 2003 and Windows Server 2008 installations and Windows 98, 2000, XP, and Vista clients.Designed and maintained corporate management information structure which included 60gb drawing database.Managed the selection, procurement, and installation of all corporate IT including servers, clients, plotters, printers, routers, switches, projectors, cell phones, and external storage.Installed all office software including design and business applications and taught employees to use applications Further responsible for all helpdesk operations and troubleshooting.Developed and revised annually corporate IT policies and procedures and communicated information to management and staff.Built and repaired servers and workstations as necessary.

CADD Manager

Responsible for numerous architectural projects including a $30 million, 10 story condominium complex and a 300 unit high-end residential development with 15 base designs. Developed project schedules and timelines, allocated resources, and determined milestones for multi-million dollar projects utilizing Project and SharePoint.Oversaw and participated in master planning on numerous architectural projects for municipal and institutional clients.Assembled and edited project specifications for architectural projects and setup SharePoint site for consultants and vendors to access specifications.Developed and revised project budgets and communicated information to ownership, management and staff.Monitored and reviewed construction progress of architectural projects.  Prepared preliminary, design and construction documents for various types of governmental agencies and private owners and presented projects to committees as required.Managed teams of architects, project managers, consultants and vendors for successful completion of design/build projects. Assembled RFP’s and RFQ’s for 300+ architectural projects including design, resource allocation and budgeting.Further responsible for developing estimating forms for design/build architectural projects.  Designed and maintained corporate management information structure which included 60gb drawing database.Devised plans for and oversaw conversion of paper drawings to electronic storage through scanning and cataloging.

Managed yearly upgrades of AutoCAD from R12 through AutoCAD 2010. Installed all office software including design and business applications and aided fellow employees in learning of applications.

Visual Communications and Technology Professional:  I am currently available.

Ideally my next role will allow me to continue to develop and exercise my full skillset; a fusion of marketing, information technology and graphic design. I enjoy a quick pace and embrace the challenges and problem solving opportunities of rapidly changing environments.
