* Conducting an electronic audit of the Department's Asset. This involve scanning barcodes of computers, monitors, printers, multi function devices, faxes, digital cameras, computer software, external hard drives and other electronic equipment

* Entering asset details into the SQL Database

* Conducting follow up visits to absent staff members and inputting their details into the database

* Cleaning of floor plans and re-drawing the floor plans into the database

* Re-drawing Two Dimensional Floor plans into Three Dimensional Maps. This allowed the user to have a virtual visit of the various offices of the Department

* Matching Staff Names with their desk onto the floor plans. Then inputting staff details onto the floor plans. This provided an interactive map to search the exact location of staff

implemented for new contracts.

Digital Red Light and Speed Systems Administrator

* Downloading all images from Red Light and Speed Camera Equipment throughout Victoria using Toad (SQL) Scripts and uploading to the Verifications Database

* I would monitor the functionality of Fixed Red Light and Speed Cameras throughout Victoria ensuring the equipment were providing reliable images (Unreliable images included Over Exposure, Under Exposure, Incorrect angles, non-functioning traffic signals and vandalised equipment)

* I would report faulty equipment to Field Technicians. Once Field Technicians have completed their work, I would test the equipment by sending a "ping" signal from our computer to the equipment

* I would also work on Site Acceptance Testing projects with the Digital Red Light and Speed Systems Department to test new equipment on new intersection. Once the equipment was functioning, we would capture a sample of test incidents to analyse the viability of the new intersection. We would then produce the Site Acceptance Testing Reports and present our test results to a Panel consisting the Department of Justice and Victoria Police

* Working on the Tr@ction Helpdesk, I would input incident reports onto BP's Tr@ction (Incident Reporting) Database. Incidents were reported by BP staff and other members of the Facilities Department by calling through to the Helpdesk or Emailing incidents

* Collating and producing monthly reports and statistical information throughout the BP Network. Monthly reports were then produced using MS Excel and MS Powerpoint

* Co-ordinating and assisting internal audits to report on various risk assessments (risks relating to health, safety, security and environment)

* Assisting the HSSE Manager on serious incidents, such as incidents causing workplace injuries and inputting reports onto the Tr@ction database

*I would conduct Tr@ction training classes for BP and Facilities staff to ensure staff was capable of creating incident reports
