Creating and elevating corporate brands have been part of my top strategic initiatives to drive new businessopportunities. My strengths have lied in recommending approaches to increase a company’s profile and shares within a targeted market. By strategically managing lead generation marketing programs including prospectcommunications, database building, targeted sales activity, the overall execution of my direct marketing activities have proven successful. In essence, providing leadership, direction and motivation with in-house marketing and sales operation teams gave way to achievement, winning proposals, new business and exceedingtargets in-line with a company’s goals. Worked in conjunction with CFOs and managed budgets throughout process.

Directed and oversaw brand elevation with the creation of a new corporate website, including navigation, content, online monthly newsletter, widgets and weekly news feeds. Face-lifted corporate identity with renewed logo-tagline, revamped brochure, corporate letterhead, business cards, Power Points,responses to Requests-for-Proposals, and more. Currently, growing email lists, segmented mailing lists, cleaning and restructuring database, leading sales nurturing, new client prospecting and immediatefollow-up, new business such as executive level appointment setting, RFPs and new strategic alliances.

Part of RFP team preparing strong corporate presentations and responses to RFPs, in one particular case outbidding 5 other firms and winning the exclusive listing of the prestigious BAC Colonnade building in Coral Gables.

Conceptualized and launched marketing and sales campaigns for The SanctuaryHotel & Residences, Aventura Bayview, Museum Plaza and more. Overall marketing and sales efforts increased corporate brand awareness, identity, and brought additional substantial businessopportunities to the firm.
