Customer Service Coordinator
I moved quickly from Associate into a Customer Service Coordinator position, where I managed approximately 30 cashiers in shifts of eight to ten, and handled customer relations. I served as a liason between management and associates, conducting formal and informal training and performance reviews. I observed associate and customer interactions from a loss prevention standpoint and ensured timely completion of scheduled and special tasks. I have stepped down from this position to allow the company to train my replacement before I depart.
