Leadership Skills

Involves making decisions, strong people skills and effective problem solving skills which I have used in every position I have held. These roles has also required me to be a strong facilitator, providing the support necessary for the team to achieve their goals.  

Public Speaking

As an Art Gallery Director it was required of me to conduct seminars on ART, in order for me to do so it was important that I present the information clearly and effectively. I would present to large crowds of 30 or more using visual aids to enhance the presentation by adding impact and strengthening audience involvement. This skill is currently in use as I conduct seminars on Diamonds and Gemstones for large audiences on a daily basis. My presentations are eloquent, engaging and captivating.  

Time Management Skill

This is a skill which I have developed as a Production Coordinator it was imperative that I planned and managed each project efficiently. As a Marketing and Public Relations Representative it is required of me to correctly prioritise tasks which is fundamental to successful time management.

Negotiation and Communication

Negotiation and Communication is a skill that is required in order to reach agreements without causing future barriers to communication. In all my roles this was a skill that needed to be honed in on as I was in constant communication either with suppliers, prospective clients and colleagues in order to achieve a desirable outcome. In my sales roles I used a lot of interpersonal skills which helped me close sales effectively. 


Nazreen Herman has a back ground of 6 and a half years in book and magazine publishing with 2 years of travelling the United States and Mexico. This signifies her adventurous, outgoing personality and strong sense of individuality. 

She is a strong communicator who believes in keeping the client happy by building good client relationships. Her highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail allows her to manage each project efficiently while meeting deadlines, ensuring that all client briefs are met from conception to execution. Her ability to focus enables her to perform well under pressure while meeting sales goals and managing client / employer expectations. She is highly professional, meticulous and goal orientated with a strong business acumen. 

She loves challenges, public speaking and travelling. 


My desire is to find a stable yet challenging position in a professional environment in which to learn new technologies and skills while utilizing my previous experiences to improve beyond my current abilities. I expect to build a strong business relationship within the company and with clients; and to exceed expectations in all aspects of my work.
