• Receive inputs (contract documents / anticipations) from Sales Department
• Overall monthly production planning.
• Daily production and Manpower review to maintain efficient output.
• Raw material planning & purchase Follow-up with procurement.
• Follow-up with Maintenance Department for regular Machine maintenance.
• Preparing Delivery Schedule and communicating the same with the customers.
• Monitor plan Vs actual variance and take corrective actions to reduce the variance.
• Ensure Implementation of the planning procedure.
• Handling of customer complaints/issues along with QA Engineer
• Maintaining ISO document for Production & Planning.
• Attending International Exhibitions to find the right Machine and tools to improve Production speed and Quality.

Also Worked as Design Engineer For Below Designing  Outdoor Decorative Light Poles using CATIA to be placed in companies showroom in Kuwait.

Company Products:

Street Lightpole, Cable Tray, Hot-Dip Galvanizing, Wire Mesh & Indoor and Outdoor Decorative Lights.

Duration: 2 years.

Responsibility: To design and re-design Machine Press tools when needed to meet the customer requirements and evaluate the quality of the manufactured product before it is delivered to the customer.
