v Responsible for operation and Maintenance of all BSCs, Media Gateway (MGW), MSCs, IBS & Flyover Sites in Mumbai Circle.
v To provide uninterrupted infra services to operators in cluster by ensuring optimum utilization of resources on 24*7 basis. It involves direction, development and controlling of field staff responsible for site operations.
v Coordinate all Technicians, Engineers and Vendors for ensuring no power issue and Manage Infra Uptime as per MSA and SLA guideline (99.99% as per MSA/KPI’s) at all cluster sites and Managing the Power & Fuel Cost with in Laid down limit.
v Fault reduction & management, Power & Fuel, Site management from technical perspective, Energy management, owner issues reporting, Data management, Site cleans (Hygiene of site) etc.
v Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of SMPS, PIU/PMU, Diesel Generator Set , Air Cons, Battery Bank, UPS, Transformer, Electrical Wirings, Earthing, Fire (FM200) & security systems & all other passive infra work.
v Identify and execute the processes required to optimize in Energy cost, manage the site stability by taking corrective actions for failing sites, replacement of faulty equipments, replenishment of required infra equipments etc.
v Identifying high Fuel consumption sites & their remedy action, Rectification/Reduction in EB average bills & minimize EB faults.
v Furnishing and compiling of daily & monthly energy consumption report & send to corporate and coordinate technician for proper Preventive Maintenance and faster resolution of passive infra issues.
v Carrying out the Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance (PM) of Utility of all infra Equipments & workout Servicing schedules for improving overall reliability and safety as per standard process of AMC & CAMC.
v Review and analyze the repeat failure cases and take immediate corrective and preventive measures to avoid any failure.
v Coordinate with Customer for AMC Renewal, Access Issue and replacement material procurement.
v Submission of EB & Diesel Filling bills & Validation from the customer along with necessary reconciliation.
Unforeseen events Dealing-Owner Issues, water logging, backfilling, theft, material crunch etc are being handled successfully.
Planning & Cost control and ensure that the operation is running on schedule and within the budget.
