Promoted from an Associate Account Manager, my job was once again to successfully tag team with the Account Management team to a support growing number of SNL Insurance clients. Main tasks involved delivering tailored product presentations to clients, learning and implementing diagnostic outreach techniques like PRG, managing expectations of and training US State Regulator accounts for 50 states, partnering with Account Managers on strategic outreach campaigns for our corporate clients and working with the Product Development team on enhancement requests from clients to deliver a product that meets and exceeds client expectations.

I was drawn to the opportunity of becoming an Associate Account Manager with the Client Services Insurance Group as marketing and product promotion have always fascinated me as subjects. Within this role, I successfully tag teamed with the Account Managers to a support growing number of SNL Insurance clients and effectively marketed our services. This involved cold calling and scheduling training sessions on the product for clients with their Account Managers, learning and applying best practices in having a business conversation with corporate clients, building my knowledge on a daily basis around the US insurance industry and partnering with Account Managers on strategic outreach campaigns for our corporate clients.

Primarily working with clients in US real estate, banks & thrifts, insurance, financial services and media & communications industries, my job as an Investor Relations analyst was to construct, maintain and update Investor Relations websites for our clients, displaying financial information in line with the SEC regulations, performing proactive site audits for improvements, coordinating client conference calls and seeing through client training sessions. Being the first to start this department in Pakistan, I was regularly involved in knowledge development of incoming new analysts.
