As a manager at Roosters I am in charge of running all front of the house opperations. My primary concern is customer service; handeling customer complaints and seeing that food is of the up most quality. I also make sure that servers, bartenders, and hostesses are doing their jobs correctly. I handle the deposit at the end of the night and am capeable of opening and closing down the restaurant. I manage part time and bartend the rest of the week. As a bartender I am very outgoing and work well customers.
