I am a supremely motivated individual with masses of enthusiasm and an unquenchable thirst to succeed, a joyful employee that aims to elevate the customers experience by consistently maintaining a cheerful attitude. I am comfortable communication with people from various cultures and backgrounds, I am a strong person and will excel whilst working on my own or as part of a team. I have a track record of accomplishments in positions where maturity, sound judgement and rational thinking are critical to performance. When i wasn't doing that i was recruiting new staff, reading through CV’s, booking them in for interviews and training them to a high standard.

Working in a fast past target driven job, i started of as a D2D market researcher speaking to homeowners about the product and offers we had going on our energy efficient windows and doors. Within 4 months i worked my way to a team leader having a small team to manage and to make sure they worked hard, efficiently, always hit target and was professional at all times. After 6 months i worked on the phones as a telecanvasser. Later on in my career at the company i progressed and managed to work the weekends and evenings behind the sale managers desk my responsibilities then where to make sure our representatives were issued leads, at customers houses on time and able to work with figures and percentages to be able to deliver an affordable price to the customer but still make the company money and profit.
