Ø2010-2011 South Florida Region Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale as a result of the Colonial merger, relocating and consolidating to new 22,005 SF location consisting of 1st floor branch’s 4,180 SF and adjacent office space of 2,265 SF, and 21st floor headquarters’ 15,560 USF with 29 systems furniture workstations, 29 offices, and supporting spaces.

Ø2007 LendMark Financial relocation of 130 employees and existing furniture from Conyers to Covington, consisting of systems furniture workstations, offices, and supporting spaces, and assessing furniture for reuse.
