--Make 15+ cold-calls during any given day in the office
--Develop new business relationships in an outside sales role.

--Complete daily log and track sales increases, sign-ups, appointments and incentive programs.
--Prepare periodic profit and loss statement for business development and marketing results.
--Assist Membership/Marketing Manager with formulating and carrying out marketing plan.
--Promote positive community relations by participating in community and charity events.
--Participate in weekly team meetings to ensure sales goals are met and exceeded.
--Adhere to deadlines while working independently, prioritizing and multitasking.
