About Nate Crain

The president of Crain Information Systems for more than two decades, Nate Crain oversees daily operations to provide clients with a range of state-of-the-art IT solutions. He has also applied his leadership abilities within the political arena, earning two John L. Freehafer Awards for student government involvement while studying political science at Southern Methodist University. Nate Crain’s political involvement continued after graduation when he worked for several months as travel aide and researcher with railroad commissioner candidate Barry Williamson.

A former regional vice-chairman of the Young Republican Federation and a past board member of the Texas Young Republicans, Nate Crain has a long history with the Republican Party. He also served President George W. Bush as a member of his finance committee during his gubernatorial and presidential campaigns. He has also served on a number of committees for state governor and former presidential hopeful Rick Perry. In addition to his work with the Republican Party, he is a staunch supporter of the Second Amendment who holds active membership in both the National Rifle Association and the Texas State Rifle Association.
