We used Kickstarter, an emerging digital platform to generate album pre-sales & fund a large scale recording.
This album involved working with a team of over 10 people for multiple months in several states to complete. It has achieved international acclaim. Buy it here.

Starting and running a community youth organization including: recruiting and managing a staff of over 20 volunteers, event management, accounting, budgeting, artist profiling, staff skills assessment and conflict resolution.
Administering, promoting and coordinating over 200 unique events, involving negotiating contracts and securing event spaces. Experience working with performers, venue owners and parents to overcome logistical concerns.
Overseeing concept and design for numerous nationwide merchandise campaigns: 25 musical releases, 25 t-shirt styles, sales displays, postcards, customer surveys, brochures, advertising and hundreds of event fliers.
Producing several short run magazines: writing, editing, layout, ad sales, conducting artist interviews, securing product distribution and local printing.
Managing six national tours, booking and performing over 800 concerts in 48 states plus Canada: handling event logistics, public relations and promotion, securing transportation and merchandise.

Organizing and facilitating street teams in seven regional high schools, enabling the distribution of over 60,000 fliers a year from 2003 to 2004.
Vision and Leadership
Mentoring young entrepreneurs, couples, youth in crisis; advising on life transitions, including exiting an organization gracefully.
