Skills

Skills

advertising on social media, communicating with people on the phone or in person, decent computer skills

For ASB my junior year, I handled the junior class officer"s Instagram and Twitter account to notify the Juniors of Valhalla High School all the upcoming events. As for the hospital I work at the Main Lobby where I handle patient's and their families either on the phone or in person. I also have access to a computer so I can communicate with someone's loved one for family member. They always want to know the status update.

-Cooperation on telephones

It is important, as an employee at Sharp Hospital, that I stay professional when answering phone calls from clients. At the Hospital, we are to greet each client on the phone a certain way and always remain positive no matter what the situation is. Customer service is highly important when using telephones.

About me

To sum up myself, I am a diligent, hardworking scholar athlete who's willing to work hard in everything I do. I always put people before me in everything I do. I am highly cooperative and social when it comes to dealing with customers/clients. I will always bring a positive attitude to the workplace and contribute whenever needed.
