Held the position as Group Account Director with Ignite Kuala Lumpur, an advertising agency which is part of the FCB network. Ignite Kuala Lumpur is a growing agency that currently works with multiple brands such as Aiken, Dashing, Enchanteur, Elite, Ministry of Unity, Perodua, Romano, Safi and Sumber Ayu.

Lead a team of 20+ people managing multiple brand portfolios. Responsible for the growth of our clients as well as the agency's business, delivery of excellent results and achieving the highest standards across all areas of business. Also in charge of overseeing the organisation's operations in accordance with the company's brand, product and service standards.

Responsibilities: 

  • Developing key marketing strategies for Ignite Kuala Lumpur as well as our client's list of brands.

As the initial team that was part of the launch of the shopping mall, I believe the team and I have played a role in implementing strategies that has provided a positive long-term impact to the shopping mall and the surrounding Mutiara Damansara area.

Whilst managing Suria KLCC as a client in FCB Kuala Lumpur, I was offered the role of Senior Marketing Executive by the Senior Marketing Manager to assist with:

  • Collaborating with key tenants, advertising and public relations agencies to ensure a smooth flow of implementation for set marketing programs.
  • Managed and coordinated key events tasked by the Marketing Manager to increase footfall to the iconic shopping centre and push for sales for the tenants.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to increase the quality of service provided to all our partners and visitors. Managed ten customer service staff schedules and report on a weekly basis.

As a Senior Marketing Executive for Suria KLCC, I have successfully implemented and managed a number of marketing campaigns to meet the marketing objectives set.
