A Little more about me...

My other interests lie in Theatre Studies, Music, Reading and ultimitley surrounding myself with good, honest people. Working with Revolution Bars Group intoduced me to the theories of Dale Carnegie, Kenneth Blanchard and Belbin, which is why i believe my ability to work with others and communicate well within a company grows stronger every day. I believe my natural ability to be creative with sales comes from being a strong 'plant' within a team which also enables me to bring out the best in those who are around me. Attending courses such as Coaching and Picking Winners strengthened my management skills but helped me discover how to be a true leader in a team.

To keep a balanced quality of life i often attend Theatre workshops in addition to attending a number of Theatre shows, which is something i have always loved doing from studying Performing Arts as a teenager and throughout 6th Form.

I am aware my position at Revolution comes with long hours Monday through to Saturday so i ensure to make time for friends and family on the weeked and use this time to relax and re-energize for the week ahead.
