Summary

I have got chance to work with different areas of HRM, but now I understand that I am especially passionate about recruitment and employer branding (PR). During my work in IT company I helped to hire over a hundred employees and I hope they are (or at least were) happy with it. Recruitment is not just about filling in the position ASAP, but matching company’s and candidate’s needs, expectations and possibilities. I like contributing to business with my knowledge, skills and experience as well as extending it while accepting new challenging tasks.
