Bid Manager & Product Strategy


• Bid management:Managed bids worth 780 million and 2 500 million Euros for the Russian and Indian transportation markets respectively. Managed bid submissions for Russia, Kazakhstan, Finland, co-managed bid for India. Prepared Planned and organized Go/ No Go meetings. Managed tender drafting in cooperation with sales managers and engineering team. Participated in negotiations up to award of bids and contract signature.

• Product and strategy: Conducted market research and competition analysis for the potential markets. Actively participated in finding new business opportunities. Estimated target market potential for countries along the East European railway freight corridor. Analyzed and conducted initial qualification of suppliers in the target markets. Prepared groundwork as part of Industry Group team for agreement of cooperation in transportation between the governments of France and Kazakhstan.

Project Management

My project management experience includes managing of tender projects and coordinating several teams both cross-functionally and internationally. My agency experience of consulting several customers has further improved my ability to manage several tasks at a time and my current work on several projects as a Bid Manager at Alstom has proved my ability to respect RFP deadlines and prioritize projects.

Leadership and communication

On communication and leadership: I have a vast experience with the global PR agency Weber Shandwick as a Head of Research Department and, previously, with the advertising agency as a Media Analyst.

Business Development

My professional interest lies in business development and marketing of industrial products. Concerning business development, I am now working as part of the Product & Strategy team to develop the new market opportunities and to lead them through the whole process from opportunity assessment to the tender submission. My product development experience includes initiating and developing a new product offering, when I led my team through the full project life cycle from the roll-out plan to implementation.
