Summary

An an experienced project manager I believe in an open, collaborative approach to completing complex tasks. There is no such thing as a bad ideas, just ideas that need further exploration. My approach to leading teams is one of empowerment. I enjoy understanding how to maximise my team's potential, to achieve the best results. My international travel, work and educational has highlighted the need for diverse thinking to create a better future. I am a active individual taking part in fun runs, cycling adventures and many other sports. I am quite adventurous and enjoy learning skills from others around me. My values are strongly related to building relationships and helping others whilst striving to learn something new everyday. I read a lot of non-fiction related to business, psychology and science.
