Support the School Manager by performing daily tasks throughout the school and develop an office team that delivers and meets the needs of the school. Responsible for scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our families. Serving as a source of information for potential applicants and helping them with the admissions process
Manage new bookings, finding suitable home stays and allocate international students in hosts families or house shares according to the company policy. Responsible for all aspects of customer service in order to anticipate and exceed customer expectations via email, chat or phone. Provide support and signposting for overseas students with welfare considerations and problems within their accommodation.
Responding to student and host family concerns with the goal of increasing student satisfaction rates and screen all new applicant inquiries and bookings to ensure they meet the requirements and standard from the company. Visiting prospective hosts families to confirm they meet all quality standards orienting new families to ensure the correct expectations and providing ongoing training and support to retain quality hosts.
Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via email. Administer all reservations, cancellations, and no-shows, in line with company policy. Keep up to date with current promotions and hotel pricing, to provide information to guests, on request, while maximizing bedroom sales opportunities.
Manage new applications from incoming students: welcome email, planning work placement, and activities for the whole stay. Match student profile with Non-profit organization or companies from our database. The first point of contact to resolve student and organization complaints and inquiries: interact with students and provide them with administrative or personal guidance.
Concepts of visual, graphics, digital and document design, as well as the uses, benefits, and drawbacks of print, electronic and other media. Instruction in persuasion, consumer behavior, psychology, sociology and mass media history.
