A cum laude graduate of the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Nasser Abujbarah won a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for his studies in the area of white collar and criminal defense litigation. Nasser Abujbarah was also named a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar three times in recognition of his excellent academic performance. Mr. Abujbarah graduated from Arizona State University with his Juris Doctor in 2008. Nasser Abujbarah focused on an array of legal fields at Arizona State University, including business, commercial property, constitutional, entertainment and sports, tax, and international law. While attending law school, Mr. Abujbarah gained valuable legal experience as a Research Clerk for the Office of the Arizona Attorney General, where he conducted research for an ongoing case. He also worked as an Associate at Arizona law firms Martin and Bonnett PLLC and Gust Rosenfeld. During his final year of graduate school, Mr. Abujbarah acted as a Rules Intern for the Arizona State Senate’s Rules Committee. In this position, he wrote about the constitutionality of proposed legislation, went to weekly majority caucus meetings, and made recommendations to State Congressmen and members of the Governor’s Cabinet. Mr. Abujbarah has provided legal services at his Phoenix practice since 2009. The Law Offices of Nasser Abujbarah handles primarily Chapter 13 and 11 bankruptcies, family law cases, and insurance litigation, maintaining a caseload of about 300 clients on a regular basis. When not working with clients, Mr. Abujbarah plays a variety of sports, including basketball, golf, and football. He supports Habitat for Humanity International and volunteers his time tutoring children in the local Muslim community.
