I am a multimedia journalist and content strategist. I tell compelling stories for both news and brands by integrating traditional narratives — textaudiovideophotos, even campaigns — with interactive data and social media.

My experience across print, broadcast and digital newsrooms at The Times of IndiaNDTV and The Associated Press, and then at a top digital marketing agency as director of creative/social strategy, helped me get an Ivy League Master's without a Bachelor's degree.

Beyond work, I have also explored creative and philanthropic projects. I wrote a few episodes for a BBC World Service Trust radio drama on gender issues in South Asian society, and was also part of a team that set up informal primary schools for marginalized children in Aligarh, India.
