Tests& Assessments:

  1. Running tests for employees who applied on the internal vacancies, including (sending invitations, scoring tests and communicating results to the stakeholders (Recruiters).
  2. I managed to arrange more than one test for different vacancies within one week my numbers achieved so far 20 different tests for 600 employees.
  3. I managed to organize and attend assessments for 40 employees.#


  1. Helped in announcing over 50 vacancies through our mailbox [email protected].
  2. Ran a report for those vacancies and sent them to the recruiters with total number of 1000 applicants so far.

Purchasing Orders:

  1. Creating Orders for the Received Purchases Requests by the stakeholders on our financial SAP System,and getting the approvals needed from our finance supply chain team.
  2. Following up on the Payments status and communicating with the vendors.

  2. Uploading Leads on the system for Phone screeners to contact candidates and i managed to upload 4020 new leads and distributed them fairly on the team members.
  3. Supported in an in-sourcing project to hire applicants internally for 460 applicants which included scheduling interviews, and updating our database with the results and the applicants status.

Tasks & Key Achievements:

  1. Reporting operational updates on hourly basis.
  2. Analyzing performance reports (KPI’s) for the operation that I report to, that used to be communicated regularly to the operation Manager & supervisors as well.
  3. Worked with UK Onsite Team in updating the Hierarchy for Advisers Database through Application (NICE Application) for all Egypt Site (over 1500 employee).
  4. Lead a Team in February 2013 to create a project to add value for advisers (Ana Msh Bs Advisor),           
  5. After showing successful results the project was developed for the whole Site starting May 2013.
  6. Developed a process and a plan to enhance the productivity for new advisers who joined the operation recently (Quality Plan).
  7. Worked on a project to Validate And control the Transfers for the coming up with points of improvement & best practices, and finally conducting briefings with all the operations members “Advisors & Managers” to tackle all the findings I came across.
