In UAE –14 years of hands on experience in occupational health, Safety and environment field in construction industry. Worked in major, high profile and fast track Bridge, roads, infrastructure, Industrial building and sewage projects (including Sewage treatment plant & sewage pumping stations). Presently Working with Wade Adams (Middle East Ltd), from 2001 to till date. in a senior HSE position as Sr. HSE Advisor, leading and supervising several critical and high profile Wade Adams projects.In India –18 years (1979-1997) with Govt. of India, Ministry of Defence.
• Best safety contractor award for the year 2011 for the projects under my responsibility and supervision from H. H. Mattar Al Tayar Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, Roads & Transport Authority, Government of Dubai.• Appreciation from PARSONS (Project Consultant) as the Best HSE performing contractor in Dubai among other contractors under PARSONS for two successive years 2010 & 2011.• Personnel appreciation certificate from parsons for effective implementation of HSE Management system.• Zero fatality in projects under my supervision during the entire service with Wade Adams from 2001 to till date.• Success in achieving lost time incident/accident frequency rate of less than 0.5% against the target set by Roads and Transport Authority of 1 % or less.
