Human Resources Manager & Organizational Development Responsible for managing changing needs of a rapidly growing business, that increased from 15 to 65 employees in 3 years. Successfully handled division of company into two separate entities, and continued to handle all HR and payroll for both companies. Implemented employee recognition and events to increase moral. Facilitated training classes for management team and customer service. Implemented new payroll processes resulting in profit increase on completed jobs. Responsible for successfully managing a multitude of initiatives and projects related to company growth. Manage all HR areas including payroll, benefits, recruiting, workers comp claims and calculations, risk management, garnishments, unemployment responses, FMLA and training and development for two companies. Creation and oversight of accounting procedures and department staff. Responsible for purchasing, vendor and contract negotiations. Oversight off all job costing processes, staff and budgets. Provide management team with support and training related to employee concerns. Implemented health and retirements benefits, new operating software system and accounting system and continued responsibility of administration.
