Communications Lead - Business Service Execution
• Sole responsible for all day to day internal communications mediums and strategies across Canada for all the Business products for contact center employees.
• Work in collaboration with the Project teams and Operations to help build communication strategies, craft messages, manage French translation requirements and present weekly updates to the Management team across the country.
• Primary resource for support throughout the Business organization for different aspects of the communication requirements and strategies. • Administrate all aspects of the Business Zone intranet from content updates to the creation of adapted solution using HTML coding and creative designs to meet the audience needs. • Constantly going above and beyond the main role responsibilities to assist in different communication projects such as proactively engage stakeholders from other teams to contribute to the overall success of the team. • Recipient of different company awards including being the 2014 Employee of the year throughout the Business organization.
