Joined Nestle' as their Management Trainee in 2013
Acts as the face of supply chain to Nestle’s customers in Pakistan across Center Zone worth 25 Billion PKR annually. Some of the projects lead in my capacity are:
-On Shelf FreshNes/Availability:
Custodian of consumer focused initiative that aims to increase the freshness & availability of the product on the shelf in order to enhance consumer experience. Monitoring must have SKU's across 3000+ stores and 10 cities (traditional trade + IKA).
-Distributor Stock Availability:
Implementing distributor level stock visibility through Nestle Pakistan Distributor Management System.
Leading project in Center Zone distributions to move ordering model from traditional push based invoicing to pull based retailing. 850 Million business has been converted successfully. Moved distributions from 70% to 98.6% availability and minimized Out of Stocks from 30% to 2%.
-Warehouse capacity mapping:
Recommendations on Warehousing have led to better vehicle dwell time & stock management.
-Lead and provide direction to cross-functional teams to improve servicing and address specific customer needs (first time bottom-up forecasting implementation in sales forecasting)
-Supports the sales team to ensure targets are met by ensuring availability and proper stock levels with minimum stock variance across.
