Company: MESSIER Position: Planner Manage a comprehensive and overall document management system with proper control on records. Control project documentations and keep update the latest document information from time to time. Monitor the storage and movement of all type of documents and update records timely. Operate and update the schedulingsoftware, including all resources on a daily. Responsible to generating, communicating and executing the Production Plan. Update Software Traceability System daily. Manage planning parameters in system and generate annual improvements in inventory level, cycle time and productivity. Interface with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Operations to achieve quality and cost goal. Provide operations with appropriate work instructions to complete production requirement. Achieve performance objectives in the area of delivery, cost, quality and safety. Perform other related duties as assigned. 2 Nadiah Mohd Shukri Position: HR & Admin Assistant Handle and maintain confidential matters, correspondences and reports. Maintain systematic filing system & safe keeping important documents for smooth data retrieving. Making appointment, travelling arrangement, expenses claims etc. Prepare job advertisements and other materials in accordance with the organization recruitment standard and business needs. Assisting HR processes, selection process which involves phone pre-screening, schedule appointments for interview selection, interview, & assist in recruitment activities. Prepare HR letters like offer of employment, confirmation, transfer etc. Managing employee personal data and files. Prepare documentation for audit purpose(related with HR & admin matters). Update staff leave in the system(softcopy & hardcopy). Provide information & assistance to staffs related with HR & admin issues. Office admin matters(drafting of admin letters, documentation, filing, etc). Responsible to make sure office stationary/equipment/furniture in a good condition at all time. Organizing party & function and otherdutiesas assigned. Reason for leaving: Been transferred to other department. Not fit and keen into engineering role. Looking for administrative/secretarial exposure.
