Plays major part across Middle East Hub branches in the creation of a new system or a significant enhancement to an existing system; while facilitating to consensus-driven solutions, working with the technical team to determine the scheduling and distribution of development, creating and running a comprehensive testing strategy, new user training and post implementation support.
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner while validating the implemented solution against the created functional specifications.
- Assists project team throughout the project life cycle. As well as communicate and applies project standards.
