With more than two decades of medical experience, Nabil Dahrouj, MD, specializes in pediatrics and practices at St. Joseph's Children's Hospital, Hoboken University Medical Center, and Meadowlands Hospital Medical Center, all located in New Jersey. In addition, he works at Riverside Pediatric Group, one of the state's leading specialty pediatrics facilities. Dr. Nabil Dahrouj aims to provide the highest level of care for his patients by remaining abreast of new advances and by showing the greatest compassion. In recognition of his achievements, the Consumers' Research Council of America has twice named him one of the Top Pediatricians in America. Dr. Nabil Dahrouj earned his medical degree from Damascus University and subsequently honed his skills in Syria for a decade before relocating to the United States. During this time, he completed two residencies, one in pediatrics and one in surgery, and later worked as a general practitioner and a surgeon. In addition, Dr. Nabil Dahrouj lectured at a local university, sharing his expertise with generations of rising medical students. Upon his arrival in the United States, he passed the Medical Licensing Examination with a top score and later earned certification from the American Board of Pediatrics. Understanding the importance of remaining active in his professional community, he maintains membership with the Syrian Physicians Association, the Syrian Surgery Association, and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Outside of his professional career, Dr. Nabil Dahrouj supports a number of organization aimed at preserving the environment, such as the Sierra Club, the largest grassroots environmental organization in the United States.
