During my time at 24-7intouch, I became a Subject Matter Expert and used that to help customers, fellow agents and leadership. During my time as an agent and Shift Deputy, I processed incoming emails using a proprietary ticket system and incoming telephone system to consistently maintain an NPS (Net promoter score) on average of 60% and had maintained an NPS of 100% for the past 3 months. As a Shift Deputy, I was able to develop the skills needed to demine the weakness and strengths of an agent and how to coach them to improve and increasing the drive to succeed.
