Personal Goal and Objective

I graduated from Oklahoma State University in May of 2012. I received a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Broadcasting. One thing I knew was that I enjoyed communication and media. Leaving college, I was not sure what I wanted to do as a career. That is until I had my son. I suddenly became aware of child care and education. Finally, I knew what I wanted. I want to be a teacher. I received my teacher certificate in December 2013 and am excited to start educating young minds.

Cody-Kilgore Public Schools was a very small community. I am glad I attended high school here. I graduated with a total of 12 in my class and knew everyone in the entire high school. I had the opportunity to participate in many school activities such as volleyball, basketball, and the band. I was a part of the National Honor Society and the FFA Organization.
