Statement of Goals:

I have recently accepted a position in Austin, TX with E & J Gallo Winery's Management Development Program. This position is completely different from any job I ever thought I would take or be doing with my life. However, everything seemed to work out easily and fit right into place, and I could not be more excited for what is ahead. 

The accelerated, one-of-a-kind program offers a depth and breadth of learning unlike any other. As part the program I hope to be challenged and learn as much as I can about the industry, sales, and leading a team. I'm seeking a fast-paced environment with exciting career paths, and hope this is a place where I will find that.

I hope that throughout the program I can prove my drive and determination to succeed, and that I will be rewarded with professional development and career advancement. The program typically follows a three phase system, and typically MDP candidates remain at each phase for 1-2 years. My goal is to complete the three phases in 3 years, and continue my career with Gallo in a position that will keep me excited, engaged and challenged for years to come.
