Busser/Take Out Server
Bussing involves cleaning tables, keeping the bar stocked, set up the FOH part of the restaurant before opening, and close down the restaurant after close. Be able to lift heavy objects and being comfortable with constantly being on your feet and speed walking for hours. Help customers when they ask. Responsible for keeping the BOH clean. Do anything a manager asks. Take Away Serving customers at tables, over the phone, online, and in cars. Taking orders from customers and operating a cash register. Prep and package food. Talking face to face with people and making sure the customer is satisfied. Being knowledgeable about the menu and ready for any question.
