I am currently a School Counselor Intern at Conard High School. I plan to obtain my Masters Degree in School Counseling in May 2011.  I work at Manchester Community College as an Adjunct Professor and Academic Advising Assistant.  These two experiences allow me to help students transition into College and that is one of my biggest passions.  I have been an Academic Coach at Central Connecticut for two years now and I love the challenge of working with students who are on academic probation, have been referred to seek coaching assistance and students who self refer themselves.  I have learned many study skills and successful college habits that students need in order to be successful.  I plan to obtain a School Counselor position for the Fall of 2011.  I look forward to continuing to do gratifying work in the high school and college level.

To obtain a School Counselor position to help students with academic, social and personal and career issues and concerns. To meet as many people as possible in the School Counseling and Higher Education field, to broaden my knowledge and network.
