[email protected] is a private duty homecare agency that provides non-medical services to those that are living at home.This is one of three pilot programs with Good Samaritan Society.This service is located in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. Collaborated with stakeholders to reduce necessary costs in training for employees. Supervise a staff of 53 office and care giving personnel with less than 5% turnover. Increase hours of service by 25% due to increased public relations and marketing efforts over    2012.     Implemented “team concept” to all clients, perform client experience visits; coordinate appropriate caregiver to client reducing client dissatisfaction.  Work within budget; worked with sister campus to have shared employees thus reducing labor costs. External marketing for total campus services including rehab therapy, skilled nursing, assisted living, senior housing with services and child care. Provide oversight to campus transportation department.Educate and Mentor transportation director in policy and procedure of Good Samaritan Society.

Aging and Disability Resource Coordinator


Resource coordinator for the statewide Aging and Disability Rescource Centers.  Outreach and marketing focus along with building community relationships and support.  Unifying resources for a "no wrong door" approach to services for the aging and disability population of Wyoming.

Establishing relationships with all service providers across the State of Wyoming.

Marketing the Aging and Disability Resource Center as the information and referral entry point and options database for anyone over 55 and those 18 and older with a disability.

Collaborating with the Independent Living Facilities, discharge planners, nursing homes and Senior Centers to provide a single point of entry for resources, options counseling, information and referrals.

Wyoming Cancer Resource Services

Wyoming Cancer Resource Services provides state supported cancer screenings, patient navigation and cancer education to Wyoming individuals that are within the 250% poverty level and have no insurance coverage.  Responsibilities include staff supervision, developing an dimplementing the work plan, reporting, data analysis, fundraising, marketing and community liasion to the entire 5 county region.

Increased cancer screenings by 25% in regional market of five counties by grass roots marketing, public speaking and educating the target market on preventative services available through-out the region.

Re-established a coalition of concerned stakeholders to promote a federally funded healthcare clinic opening in 2011 for better access to healthcare in a small market, membership is now over 50 individuals in the social service industry, city council, mental health and legislative personel.

Collaborated with the Wyoming Cancer Control Consoortium to create, edit and implement the 2011-2015 Wyoming Cancer Control Plan.
