I draw from a very broad range of work experiences today.  From the fast paced hustle of the Commodities Trading Floor, to the private teaching room, to the stage and studio, I am blessed to be so well rounded.  My breadth of time studying such broad business models and functioning at different levels of the corporate structure have helped me to develop a keen awareness of how much I still have yet to learn about the world around me.  I throw 100% into everything that I do, and every ounce of experience I have comes through in my work.  I may not know all the answers, but I sure know how to get them.  For me, life is about loving what you do, and exploring everything you have the opportunity to explore.  I believe that by being patient, balanced, and curious about every challenge I set out to conquer, that I will find success.

A lost art in a world dominated by text messages and Twitter posts, it seems so few today possess the lost art on conversation.  I pride myself in being a great listener, and able to converse with those around me and effective communicate my ideas.  I am also an excellent writer, capable of detail when necessary, and shortness when required.

Recording Studio Engineering

The knowledge and experienced I have gained in the many professional recording sessions I have been a part of has translated to an intimate knowledge of studio operations.  It has helped me self produce and record 2 full length records for my personal bands, and assist in the recording of many demo records for other artists that have secured those artists funding for more elaborate productions.    I am proficient in the use of Pro Tools software, professional studio console operation, effects routing, advanced microphone techniques, advanced mixing techniques, and post production wave editing.

I have been a private music teacher for the past 10 years.  Teaching to some is a skill, but I consider it more of an art form.  The real skill is in listening to your student and understanding their learning style.  The more vulnerable you are as a person to your student's needs, the more effective a teacher you will be.

I am a trained musician on the guitar, bass and drums.  Besides extensive performance experience on all three instruments, I continue to teach each instrument on a daily basis.
