Since end of 2009 I'm LGBT Diversity management evangelist within Accenture Italy, proposing LGBT programs to I&D leads.

For this reason I'm volunteering in the Accenture LGBT Global Program and I am now leading the start up of a LGBT network in Italy and other geographies.
