A member of the professional education association Phi Delta Kappa International, Broderick Boxley possesses a Doctor of Education from the University of Pennsylvania. Over the course of his long career in the field of education, Broderick Boxley has changed many students’ lives by implementing a number of key programs at educational institutions in New Jersey and Michigan. Broderick Boxley dedicates his career to supporting the growth of student success and achievement across the board.Hired as the Principal and Curriculum Supervisor for Cherry Hills Public Schools in Cherry Hill, New Jersey in 2003, Broderick Boxley was responsible for supervising all school personnel. He also applied policies and facilitated programs whose purpose was to promote the educational development of each student. After he left Cherry Hill, Broderick Boxley took a position with Princeton Charter School as the Head of School. In this role, Broderick Boxley instituted a strong character education element in the curriculum and supervised the construction of a $5.8 million campus center facility.In his years as an educator, Broderick Boxley has developed curriculums, conducted educational research, contributed to the development of standards-based assessment tests, and improved student learning in mathematics. By using research-based practices, Broderick Boxley achieved a high rate of student success in his role as the Curriculum Supervisor of the School District of the City of Pontiac, Michigan. He additionally participated in the development of $130 million budgets for the school district.In his present position as a Lead Consultant with Hawthorne Learning Associates, LLC, Broderick Boxley uses his expertise to help build a professional teaching culture in learning organizations and enhance professional learning networks.A strong proponent of proper management in the educational system, Broderick Boxley maintains a high level of professional achievement. Outside of his career, Broderick Boxley finds pleasure in the writings of Richard Elmore, Walter Mosley, Gordon MacDonald, and Robert J. Marzano. Broderick Boxley additionally enjoys spending time with his family and playing chess.
