National Sales & Marketing Manager
I was responsible for implementing and establishing the company in Portugal. This involved the definition of the Marketing and Communication strategies, creation of customers’ databases (future parents and healthcare professionals), selection, recruiting and management of the sales and administrative teams, identification and negotiation with business partners, contacts with KOLs. The sales increased by more than 200%/year, reaching 675,000 €. I was also responsible for organizing and presenting workshops for both healthcare professionals and future parents. I was also involved in the foundation of the APEC (Portuguese Association of Cryopreservation Companies).
