Provide executive IT leadership as head of Asia-Pacific IT for a joint venture between Newly Weds Foods, USA ($650 million) and Associated British Foods, UK ($12 billion) business. Supported 350-hourly and 150-salaried employees and 10 direct reports in a highly profitable food coatings and seasonings 30,000 ton and 10,000 SKU consumer goods business, for retail, food service and industrial customers. Responsible for delivering technology-based competitive advantage and driving technology reengineering for multiple business offices in Vietnam, China, Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, and Thailand. Accountable for 2.0+ million IT capital and operating budgets, client-server systems, help desk, networks, telecommunications, application development, ERP, and mobile and wireless business solutions.
