·Restructured an entrepreneurial firm into one truly committed to growth through adherence to clearly-defined standard operating procedures in all operating areas.This cultural change enabled the company to accelerate its rapid growth without sacrificing the controls that supported quality, customer satisfaction and profitability.As a result, company was able to operate effectively while ranked as #1 Fastest Growing Home Builder in the United States by Builder Magazine (2004).

·Worked closely with IT Department and outside developers to create integrated hardware and software solutions that helped meet corporate operational goals and budgetary initiatives while supporting projected sales growth.

Launched cost-effective company-wide safety program that dramatically curtailed injuries, OSHA fines and insurance costs through heightened focus on uniform safety standards.Total OSHA fines were reduced to zero in program’s 2nd year.
