— Data Entry Clerk Main Duties Include: Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities. Developing and organizing records and monthly reports for increased efficiency. Entering data accurately onto computerized databases(Mine Monitoring System). Working hand in hand with the lab assayers to analyze water and dust samples. Going out into the field to assess water and dust monitoring sites. Processing documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution. Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Review paperwork for all incoming samples to ensure completeness and correctness Working independently and as part of a team to achieve monthly goals. Maintaining company confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
