The training at E18 started with a training session by the trainers at E18  where I was acquainted with the working of the company and how each of the departments perform to get the business done, meet the targets and retain the position the company has generated over the years. My work in the initial days involved event Production and Client servicing .Within a few weeks as the work picture became clearer and clearer to me and I practically got the jest, I took up the initiative to independently start dealing with the prospective clients and turn them into clients of E18.I started practically understanding the intricacies and all the marketing concepts learned at the institute started coming in practice. The work started with a set of tasks and the work area increased manifold involving all the formalities and getting business from the first payment till the time  of the execution of the event. This mainly involved tracking the corporates and getting business out of them. Another very important, in fact the most important task is to get the final quotation of business deal approved by the client . The company’s credential had to be rightly advised to the customer so as to keep everything running smoothly between the execution of the event and during the installation and production of the event (operations). E18 has tie-ups with some renowned organizations and it is  one of the latest ventures of Network18.
